Our farm was settled in 1890 with Sever Peterson I and is still in operation by Sever Peterson III and the next (4th!) generation. The farm and homestead still sit where it was settled in 1890, which is in Eden Prairie along the Minnesota River Valley.
We are a family owned and operated farm that specializes in sweet corn. The fourth generation hopes to continue the family farm well into the future.
